We love Cape Buffalo. The tables are good. It's a big place with plenty of room. The food is good and the so are the food prices and they really treat us good there. While Fox and Hound is wanting to charge is more, Cape Buffalo is giving away money. We feel right at home and won't leave unless they throw us out.

Gotta say Racks is my favorite place to play. One its close to the house, and I've been going there for so long that I know the people there. The tables are in decent condition, and they do a good job of getting the tables refelted when needed. Love it there!!!

I like Rack Daddy's as it was one of the first locations I played at when I was just starting to meet everyone. It's the "Cheers" of Collin County APA where everyone knows your name. I know it recently made the headlines as having a little parking lot vandalism but I feel safe there.

Actually, I would like to thank Sam for seeking out safe venues for us to play. Looking at the venues where other leagues play in the DFW area and they are certainly not areas of town that I want to be in no matter what the time of day or night!

Cape Buffalo all the way! That place is so spacious, has plenty of well kept tables, full bar & kitchen, the private rooms, conveniently located right off the tollway, etc...

I like cape buffalo a lot!, Rack Daddy's is pretty good, I like the bar at Sharky's..... BUT I voted Boot & Saddle because it's the only one on the east side of Collin county that is active in APA at the moment, and I know everyone there, the tables are relativly flat(straight) and they allow my 14yr old son to come at watch and play on the other tables. ... I will say that I really like Monkey's Pub and the Ranch House too... it's just that there are no active teams there.

Rack Daddy's has a cool atmosphere and is one of the only places that has 9 footers, but Cape Buffalo is the prime spot. They have the some of the best tables in DFW (comparable to Cool River). The staff rocks as well, and they don't mind hosting APA events galore...

Sharky's is great to us and we always enjoy our experience there. Randy is overseeing an overhaul of all of the tables there, and they're all working out beautifully. Also, we love the feel of the place. The staff takes a specific interest in having us there, and makes sure that we get what we need. Just a great place to play pool!

I really enjoy playing at Sharky's. I have nothing against any of the other places, but all of the most fun tournament nights I have had have been there. It just seems to have the best "pool hall" feel of all the locations.

Racks has my vote. Friendliest people, great staffs and their 9foot table is the best!

I would have to say I like Cape's Tables and space but I like the folks at Austin Ave. Plus Austin Ave. is closer to home.
